'He has something to say about everything': This ginger cat was abandoned for meowing too much, now his new owner sings with him

Abandoning a cat for doing a normal cat thing means you didn't deserve that cat in the first place. 

Adopting a cat should not be a decision that is made lightly. Cats may not be the world's most complicated pets to take care of, but they do have needs, and there are things that you should know before you adopt. You should know which kind of food to feed your cat. You should know what snacks cats are allowed to have and not. You should know which flowers are poisonous to cats, and how much cats should drink daily, and how often to bring your cat to the vet. But more than anything, you should know that cats… are weirdos.

You may think that's funny, and it is, but it is also now. It is somerhing that you have to be ready for. You should know that cats have silly habits, that each cat is different, and that you will only find our what makes your cat a weirdo when they are finally comfortable enough to with you to show you their real selves. It should be something that you cherish, not dread. When it finally happens, you should be overjoyed, not respond by thinking that it's annoying and that it isn't what you wanted. 

When this ginger cat was adopted for the first time, he seemed like the purrfect pet. Adoprbale, simple, precious. But he had one habit that ended up getting him sent back to the shelter. He meows. And fine, he may meow a little - a lot - more than the avergae cat, but that is not a bad thing. And it's exactly what he got abandoned for. 

His new owner, on the other hand, appreciates her cat's silly habit just like she should. Instead of getting mad at him or upset with him for meowing as much as he does, she simply participates. She speaks to the cat, and he speaks back to her. They have full conversations, and yes, it is adorable. But it is still not quite as cute as when they sing together.
